So here we are going to provide you with the instructional guide on how to jailbreak iphone 4 or iphone 3GS runing on iOS 5.1.1 with the help of Windows version of RedSn0w 0.9.10b8b.

Instructions for jail Breaking:
- As till now you have already downloaded RedSn0w place it in a folder and extract it using any file manager like winrar, winzip,etc.
- When extraction is over open the folder "redsn0w_win_0.9.10b8b" and find the redsn0w.exe file right click on it and from context menu that appears click on "Run as Administrator" (if option available in case of windows 7 it will ask for uac confirmation click on yes)
- Now RedSn0w will be lunched you will need to click on the Jailbreak Button.
- on clicking the jailbrek button you will be taken to new screen where are require to to enter your iPhone into DFU mode. Here you read and follow the instructions that is presented on the screen that is plug your iPhone to computer via USB cable and power off your iPhone then click on next button when you are ready to begin DFU mode.
- On clicking the next button you will have to follow the instructions to enter your iPhone into DFU mode.
- Hold down Power (corner) button for 5 seconds.
- Without releasing the Power button, also hold down the Home (bottom center) button along with the Power button for 10 seconds.
- Without releasing the home button, stop holding down the power button for up to 15 seconds.
- As soon as your iPhone successfully enter DFU mode RedSn0w 0.9.10b8b will begin preparing your iPhone for jailbreaking. if unable to enter DFU mode repeat the step above again.
- Once RedSn0w finishes preparing your iPhone for jailbreaking it will present with the options that will go along with jailbreak make sure that install Cydia opitio is selected. once this option is selected you can proceed to the next step by clicking on the next button.
- As soon as you click on next button RedSn0w 0.9.10b8b will begin to jailbreak your iPhone. once the process begin do not interrupt it when the process is completed your iPhone will boot up with the Apple logo and it will get stuck there don't panic this happen because you have a tethered Jailbreak so to boot your iPhone back into functional and jailbroken state you will have to enter your iPhone back in DFU mode using RedSn0w 0.9.10b8b. As because jailbroken phone need to plug into computer every time your iPhone loses power to regain full functionality thus to regain full functional and Jailbroken state of your phone you will have to relaunch RedSn0w and click the Extras Button > then click the Just boot button and you will simply need to put your iPhone into DFU mode again.
