Latest custom ROM for Samsung Galaxy Gio GT S5660 is available that is MIUI 2.4.20 final. This Custom Rom have many features such as Dsp manager, BLN, sensor, mass storage, deep sleep, camera, native android app2sd and lots. This ROM comes with look and feel of latest Google's Android Phone operating System Jellybean like wallpapers, stock theme which is similar to Galaxy Nexus. - Backup all the data using any backup app and Battery power must be above 75%
- Rom Name:(not mirrored) Miui_2.4.20GIO.zip
- Size: 112,611 KB
- Rom Update: (not mirrored) UpdateFirstMiui_2.zip
- Size: 14,681 KB
Rom Installation Instructions:
- After Downloading Copy both the files "MIUI_2.4.20GIO.zip" and "UpdateFirstMiui.zip" into the root directory phone's sd card.
- Disconnect the phone from the computer, and turn the phone off.
- Now reboot in Recovery mode by pressing "power button + home" until you see the cwm recovery.
- In Recovery mode use the volume keys for movement (up & down) and the home button for selection because touchscreen will become function less.
- Now select "install zip from sdcard" and then select "choose zip from sdcard" navigate to the root directory of sd card and select "MIUI_2.4.20GIO.zip" file.
- After which, it will ask you to confirm. Select "yes - install MIUI_2.4.20GIO.zip".
- After the installation is completes, you will need to run the "wipe data/factory reset" command in cwm recoveryand then run the "wipe cache partition" command in cwm recovery.
- When it is completed, choose "reboot system now".
- Reboot in recovery
- Using the volume keys for movement (up & down) and the home button for selection, choose "Mount and storage".
- Then select "Mount/system".
- Press the back soft-key and using the volume keys for movement (up & down) and the home button for selection, choose "install zip from sdcard".
- Then select "choose zip from sdcard" and select "UpdateFirstMiui.zip" file.
- After that it will ask for confirmation, Select "yes - install UpdateFirstMiui.zip".
- After the process is completed Reboot to system.
Congratulation! you have successfully installed MIUI 2.4.20 Custom ROM final on your Galaxy Gio GT S5660.If you notice any bug post on thread page so that developer may fix it when he releases next update.
