• Install samsung kies from the cd provided with your phone or from samsung.com it will install required driver for your device and reeboot your pc 
• Then Enable USB Debugging on your Galaxy Ace Duos by going to menu>>Settings>>Applications>>Development and check Enable USB Debugging.
• Download UnlockRoot software on your PC from here.
• Connect Your Galaxy Ace Duos SCH-i589 to your PC using USB Cable.
